My name is Christopher D. Hanna and this is my story. I learned the basics of basketball from the Higher Learning Youth Development (HLYD) Basketball Program; from drills to plays. I started playing this game at an early age and it has been a blessing to me. I was fortunate to play for HLYD. Because of Higher Learning Youth Development I was able to fulfill my dreams. I played in several Championship games, as well as in an ALL STAR Game and won two State Championships in High school. I played at college level for two years before going to play Professional Basketball Overseas.
What makes HLYD different from other Programs and Organizations is that Higher Learning Youth Development enables anyone to start a Basketball Program in his/her own community by providing a proven marketing plan including a 24/7 Website support system. I thank Higher Learning Youth Development for then and now.
